Our Story
Caring hands, a peaceful environment, & friendly faces are to be expected from the practitioners at The Establishment Collective. We believe that healthy hair and locks are a direct result of the individualized care that we pour in to our clients & our work.
We each specialize in establishing, maintaining, & repairing SisterlocksTM with some offering additional natural hair locking or twisting systems. We use and encourage using water & only water-based products for the health and maintenance of the hair.
The principal of Mudita is at our foundation. It's always a delight to see our clients glow with renewed senses of beauty and confidence. Their joys bring us joy.
We've come together to provide a place for good works in overall health & wellness that ultimately results in beautifully healthy heads of locks. Sharing healthy options and teaching clients ways to increase their own health and well-being are our driving motivations.
